The last straw...

Life is full of stress but we don't have to accept everything that brings us stress.  Look for the "off button".  I've known for ages that Walmart shopping never ends well for me!  The last trip I came in ranting and my husbands says, "You never have to go there again if you don't want to."  Ah, permission to change.  Why did I need that?  When the kids were little I figured out using the off button.  Extra noise in the house, turn off the tv, turn off the radio, turn off the piano....well,at least, get away so I can't hear it. Now it's time to use the off button my on Walmart stress.
